Q : Where can I download the product catalogue?

Q : Where can I download the Receipt Printer Driver?

You can find a utility disk in the package of the receipt printer; Please follow the instructiins of the manual and complete the installation.
If you cannot find the driver, please contact the technical personnel of your local supplier or us for further information.

Q : System cannot power on?

  • Please remove all external plug-in devices.
  • Plug-in the power adapter and turn on system to check for power LED status.
  • If power LED does not light up and the system fan does not working, you will have to change a new power adapter for examination.
  • If adaptor is functioning and power LED of your POS terminal do light up but cannot hear any system status beep from the buzzer, and the screen did not show any P.O.S.T or system information, it means the main board may be not functioning anymore. Please turn off the power and send to the service center for further examinations.

Q : Operating System XP cannot install to POS-1000B?

For POS-1000B (Bay-Trail J1900 CPU), the minimum requirement of operating system is Windows POSReady7 or higher version.
If you want to installed windows XP or posready2009, we recommend you to use a new version. Alternatively, you can select the other models of TYSSO POS terminal as well.
Please contact us for recommended models.

Q : Where can I find the drivers?

You can find a Driver DVD in the package of the POS machine; find the driver in the folder including the chipset drivers of main boards or peripherals.
If you cannot find the driver DVD, please contact the technical personnel of your local supplier or us.

Q : Do your POS terminals come with POS software preinstalled?

We manufacture hardware with preinstalled OS (Windows XP, Linux, WEPOS...etc.).
It is highly recommended that you get the POS software which suits your needs locally (mainly due to language and currency).

Q : I could not find the driver of the older model thermal receipt printer....

You can download the file as below for the driver of the thermal receipt printer, PRP-085.
Also we recommended thermal receipt printers with fast print speed for your need: PRP-250 and PRP-300, that come with a multi-interface (USB, RS-232, and Ethernet) and a faster print speed up to 250mm/sec.
